Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Pet Store. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at azradepot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at azradepot@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with the process.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
